At your first appointment, we’ll make sure you’ve completed any information forms as necessary. Then, we’ll take you on a quick tour of the office. In most cases, we’ll also capture diagnostic x-rays at this time. If there are areas of concern we’d like to talk to you about, we may also take photos of specific parts of the smile. Then, your teeth will be thoroughly cleaned and a complete oral health evaluation performed. The most important part of any dental checkup is the time Dr. O will take to review any areas of concern we find, answer your questions, and partner with you to create a plan to keep your smile whole and healthy for life.

Before your appointment, we encourage you to complete your new patient forms from the comfort of home. This makes it easier for you to access the information you need to fill in the vital information, but if you have any questions while you complete the forms, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. We know that many of our new patients feel anxious about the cost of necessary dental care, but our knowledgeable team members are here to help make your treatment fit within your budget and lifestyle. That starts when one of our experienced team members takes the time to process and file your dental insurance claims in order to ensure you receive the maximal coverage.
We are in-network providers for the majority of dental insurance plans, and we accept all major PPO insurances.

Our team is happy to work with CareCredit, a third-party medical and dental financier, to provide low and no-interest payment plans for qualifying patients, and Sunbit technology, which provides access to fast, fair, and easy financing available to consumers across the credit system. We additionally offer in-house payment plans for those that qualify.
